§ Mr. Matesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will be making a local authority improvement for sale scheme in exercise of his powers under section 108 of the Housing Act 1980.
§ Mr. StanleyAn improvement for sale for local authorities scheme has now been made. Details of the scheme have been sent to all authorities by means of a joint circular from the Department of the Environment — circular 20/80—and the Welsh Office—circular 41/80— copies of which have been placed in the Library.
