§ Mr. Bestasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what controls exist, if any, to prevent entry to the United Kingdom and dissemination to the general public of publications which (a) are classified military documents belonging to a North Atlantic Treaty Organisation ally and prohibited for sale to the public in that country and (b) describe how to make incendiary and explosive devices.
