§ Mr. BrittanThe organisers are required to meet the cost of providing police officers inside the ground. It is for police authorities to determine the charges, which normally reflect the full economic cost of providing the service, and no central record is kept. The cost of providing officers for duty outside the ground is borne by the police authority.
