§ Mr. PymThe Chiefs of Staff, as members of the Defence Council and senior professional military advisers, are among those who contribute to decision-making in the Ministry of Defence and to whom I delegate according to the nature of particular subjects and activities. But I am ultimately responsible for all decisions made in my Department.
