§ Mr. Spearingasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will list in the Official Report enactments of the European Economic Community which have taken place since the United Kingdom joined the Community which have depended for their authority on an extension of the Treaty under article 235, indicating those which were recommended for debate by Parliament.
§ Sir Ian GilmourI regret that we do not keep a record of such enactments in the form requested, and preparation of a list in the form requested would incur disproportionate cost.
