§ Mr. TebbitAerial crop spraying is the concern of the Civil Aviation Authority and I am satisfied that the authority's arrangements for controlling this kind of activity are adequate. I am asking the authority's chairman to write to the hon. Member with the information he seeks and an explanation of how the authority's control of aerial crop spraying operates.
