§ Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Trade what action, if any, the European Commission has taken to prevent polyester filament yarns and nylon carpet yarns from the United States of America entering the United Kingdom by free circulation from other member States, in excess of the quotas recently set by his Department and the Commission.
