§ Mr. Michael RobertsThe completion of the report has taken longer than expected due to the complexity of the study. It will be published shortly and the Welsh Office will be consulting Clwyd county council and other interested bodies about its conclusions.
Costs of the study have not yet been finalised but these are estimated to be not more than £150,000. Until the report's conclusions have been examined thoroughly, it is not possible to identify the need for specific improvements or to earmark funds.
