§ Sir George Young[pursuant to his reply, 13 November 1980, c. 428–29]: I have no evidence to suggest that doctors are completing NHS prescription forms without the patient's name and address—and age when required; but, if my hon. Friend would care to write to me, I shall be pleased to look into any particular point she has in mind.
