HC Deb 24 November 1980 vol 994 c22W
48. Mr. Peter Bottomley

asked the Attorney-General what representations he has received on prosecutions related to documents produced in court.

The Attorney-General

I assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the proceedings for civil contempt of court which the Home Office has brought against a solicitor, Ms. Harriet Harman. I received representations about these proceedings from my hon. Friend and from four other hon. Members.
