asked the Lord Privy Seal whether any changes have occurred in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office cash limits for 1980–81.

Subject to parliamentary approval of the necessary Supplementary Estimate, the cash limit of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Vote 5 (Foreign and Commonwealth Services) will be increased by £2 million to £23,879,000 to provide for the additional cost of military training assistance to Zimbabwe.
