§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsFrom the coming into force of the Prevention of452W Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1974 until 31 October 1980, 934 arrests were made in Northern Ireland under the provisions which are now contained in section 12(1) of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1976.
It is not possible without disproportionate cost separately to identify the number of arrests made under paragraph (b) of this subsection.
