§ Mr. FairgrieveMy Department has sought the views of the main interested bodies on the possible withdrawal of approval from Tynepark List D school. Comments from these bodies have been requested by 31 January 1981 and will then be reported to the standing advisory committee on the List D schools. Only when the standing advisory committee have had an opportunity to give their advice on the proposals would my right hon. Friend decide whether the statutory six months notice should be given to the managers of the school that approval had been withdrawn.
