§ Mr. Robert McCrindleasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will list the provisions which allocate responsibility for injury or damage to property at airports under the control of the British Airports Authority.
§ Mr. EyreLegal responsibility of the British Airports Authority, and users of airports under the control of the authority, for personal injury and damage to property at those airports is governed by the general law of liability in relation to such matters. The statutes which regulate the affairs of the authority make no allocation of such responsibilities.
