§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what steps are being taken to complete the reorganisation of the National Health Service, begun in April 1974, regarding works staff below second-in-line employed at regional health authorities, who 257W have been refused revised pay and conditions of service arising from that reorganisation, following the letter by the Minister for Health to the Staff Side of Whitley Councils PTB Committee F dated 7 December 1979.
