§ Mr. Adam ButlerDecisions on commissioning the BSC's direct reduction plant at Hunterston, the construction of which was completed in early 1979 at an estimated cost of £65 million, are for the corporation. I understand that it does not intend to bring this plant into operation at present. The only regional development grants paid were on construction assets used in the course of constructing the plant.
