§ Mr. MacfarlaneI am very pleased with the progress of the Government's campaign to encourage greater business sponsorship of the arts. There is evidence of a change in the climate of opinion towards sponsorship, and I shall continue to take every opportunity to stress the advantages to both arts and business alike.
