§ Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list those district councils which have, individually, 704W lodged formal objection to the Local Government, Planning and Land (No. 2) Bill.
§ Mr. KingI have received direct representations about the Bill from all the district councils on the following list; some of these contained expressions of opposition to parts of the Bill. In addition, I have received responses to the various consultation papers issued on specific topics contained in the Bill and other representations relating to individual topics.
