§ Mr. David MitchellWe have already made considerable progress in reducing the demands made on small firms by use of sampling techniques. We shall now extend those for the 1980 annual census saving approximately 10,000 small firms from the need to provide this information, and all firms with fewer than 100 employees will receive a simplified form.
