§ Mr. McCuskerasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what is the closing date for submissions on the report of the inter-departmental review body on intoxicating liquor licensing in Northern 663W Ireland; when he hopes to bring forward legislation; and what the anticipated procedure will be.
§ Mr. RossiComments were sought by 31 March 1980. However, some submissions were received after this date and consideration of the report and comments thereon is still in progress. It is not therefore possible to say whether legislative proposals will be needed and, if so, when they could be introduced by the Order in Council procedure.
