§ Sir George YoungRemoval of the existing exemption from dental charges on 1 April 1981 for those aged 18 to 20 years who have left school, except for those exempt on low income grounds, is expected to raise an additional £6.5 million—at survey 1979 prices—in England in 1981–82.
