§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe National Farmers Union and the Farmers Union of Wales have made representations concerning the revision of the current ceiling of 7.32p/kg liveweight on the amount of the beef variable premium payable. Such a revision would need to be considered in the light of the other measures available for the support of the beef industry.
