§ Sir George YoungThe provisions under which health authorities in England and Wales enter into agreements with water undertakers relating to fluoridation of water supplies are as follows:—
Sections 1(1), 2, 3(1)(e), 13 and 14 of the National Health Service Act 1977;
National Health Service Functions (Directions to Authorities) Regulations 1974 (SI. 1974/24).
