Mr. Torney

asked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions the activities of the Fascist group known as Column 88 with a view to its prosecution under the Post Office Act 1953 for sending letter bombs.

The circumstances surrounding the recent sending of a letter bomb are being investigated by the police. If the hon. Member has any information relevant to the investigation he should refer it to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
