§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe Civil Service Department has issued a general notice stating that the new maximum limit of 19°C will require Departments to eliminate areas of overheating—thereby saving energy. My PSA staff responsible for the operation of heating systems will endeavour to maintain general office temperatures in the range of 17.5°C—19°C.
