§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Industry (1) if he will list regional development grants paid towards the construction of oil reception facilities at Sullom Voe in Shetland, Flotta in Orkney and Hounds Point on the Firth of Forth;
(2) if he will list regional development grants paid to each company engaged in the construction of oil production platforms in Scotland.
