§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsDisablement resettlement services in Wales are provided by the employment service division of the Manpower Services Commission and include specialised advice from blind persons resettlement officers, who also nave the support of a blind persons training officer. The recently launched " Fit for Work " campaign is giving prominence to encouraging employers to consider employing blind people.
