§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Energy when he expects to announce the appointment of a new chairman of the British National Oil Corporation.
§ Mr. David Howell[pursuant to his reply, 20 May 1980, c. 140]: I have today appointed Mr. Philip Shelbourne as chairman of the British National Oil Corporation in succession to Mr. Ronald Utiger. Mr. Shelbourne is joining the corporation immediately as a part-time 272W member and will take up the chairmanship on a full-time basis on 1 July. His appointment is for a period of five years.
