asked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will publish in the Official Report his estimate of the proportion of part-time workers excluded from the coverage of the new earnings survey because their income is below the pay-as-you-earn threshold, showing this in information separately for (a) young males, (b) young females, (c) adult males and (d) adult females.
