§ Mr. Alexander FletcherI welcome the proposals for revitalising the St. Enoch area of Glasgow through a partnership of private sector and public sector resources as announced by the Scottish Development Agency last week. Any direct funding by the agency for this project should be available from within its present allocated resources.
