§ Mr. PriorEligibility for courses at skillcentres is determined by administrative rules covering the training opportunities110W scheme. These were carefully considered by the Manpower Services Commission in the course of a review of the scheme in 1978 and as a result eligibility was widened in certain respects. No further changes are proposed at present.
