§ Mr. Rentonasked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions, with a view to prosecution under the Race Relations Acts, the activities of the Choice Organisation and its publications.
63W
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Choice Organisation and its publications have been referred to me and my predecessors on a number of occasions during recent years, when it has always been considered that the prospect of a conviction under section 5A of the Public Order Act 1936 is too remote to justify proceedings.
I have, in recent months, discussed the Choice Organisation with the Director of Public Prosecutions and he agrees with the views I have expressed.
