Member for Caernarvon concerning the problems of his constituent from Porthmadog, addressed to the Secretary of State for Education and Science, was not acted upon nor transferred to the Welsh Office until 28 April.
§ Mr. Mark CarlisleI much regret the delay that occurred in this case. The correspondence was mislaid, but was transferred to the Welsh Office as soon as the oversight was discovered.
