§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, in view of the fact that the majority of all road traffic from and to the oil and gas related industries in the North-East of Scotland travel through the town of Ellon in East Aberdeenshire, he will give consideration to the early commencement of the Ellon bypass.
§ Mr. RifkindEllon bypass is scheduled to start in 1985, which is the earliest date possible because of the need for restraint in public expenditure.
