§ Mr. TebbitThe quorum of the Civil Aviation Authority when exercising certain of its air transport licensing functions is laid down by regulation 6 of the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations 1972. The regulations are in the process of being consolidated and we are considering whether to make some amendments to them at the same time. The question of the quorum will be considered as part of this exercise, taking account of any views expressed by interested parties.
