§ Mr. Ray Powellasked the Secretary of State for Wales what provision is being made to the Ogmore borough council for council house building, section 105 improvements, a mortgage lending scheme, GIA work, land purchase, capitalised repairs and slum clearance.
§ Mr. Wyn Roberts£5.08 million, within which Ogmore borough council has freedom to decide on its own housing priorities. The allocation can be increased by any net receipts from the sale of council houses.
