§ Sir George YoungI have received a paper from the group commenting on the Government's proposals as set out in " Patients First " and I have discussed the subject with the chairman of the group, Professor Peter Mittler, both before and after receiving that paper. I am placing a copy of the paper in the Library of the House and will be considering the group's comments along with the many others we have received.
