Whether the parole review initiated in February in respect of Mr. Kenneth Edward Holmes, a prisoner in Leyhill Prison, has now been completed and if so with what results; and why a letter asking for this information dated 28th March 1980 to the Lord Belstead has not yet been answered.
§ Lord BELSTEADMr. Holmes is serving a sentence of life imprisonment. The current review of his case for release on life licence has not yet been completed. A reply was sent to the noble Lord on 2nd May.
