§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list in detail the representations he has received, following the publication of " Patients First", to the effect that a situation in which the Welsh Office acts as a Government Department and a regional authority is causing concern in the Principality.
§ Mr. Wyn RobertsWe have received a large number of representations commenting in one way or another on the management of the Health Service at the all-Wales level. These are at present being studied. It would be inappropriate to isolate particular comments from the context in which they were put forward.
