§ Mr. TebbitThe United Kingdom—Ghana air services agreement provides for consultation between the aeronautical authorities of the contracting parties to ensure close collaboration in all matters affecting the fulfilment of the agreement. My officials have recently had negotiations with the Ghana authorities with the objective of improving the balance of air services between the two countries. A second round of talks is due to start very shortly.
