§ Mr. BrittanInmates have had to be located temporarily in accommodation not designed for sleeping in the establishments listed below. Accommodation used has included association rooms, classrooms, storerooms, visiting rooms, a library, offices, a dormitory floor, hospital annexes and, in one case, a corridor. No record is available of the daily numbers involved or the time each person was so located.
