§ Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will take steps to enable Mr. Frank Barry to remain in the United Kingdom to complete his legal studies at Edinburgh university.
§ Mr. RaisonMr. Frank Barry has been refused leave to remain as a student as there are doubts surrounding his intention to return abroad on completion of his studies. He has appealed against this decision and is under no obligation to leave the country whilst the appeal is pending.
