§ Mr. Craigenasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will consider raising the present level of building cost limits for housing associations involved in the rehabilitation of older properties, particularly tenement properties.
§ Mr. RifkindImprovement cost limits for housing association projects are reviewed at regular intervals. The most recent adjustment was made in January of this year and I should hope to make a further announcement concerning the level of cost limits in two or three months' time.
