§ Mr. Jim LesterRank Hovis McDougall announced on 21 April that it was to close its Floats Road bakery with the loss of 325 jobs.
The Government are naturally concerned at this further loss of jobs in the North-West region and all the facilities of the Manpower Services Commission will be available to help the workers affected find new jobs or train for fresh 254W
