§ Mr. WhitelawI have no plans to do so. The unlicensed use of radio for surveillance, however, is prohibited, and the importation and manufacture of radio surveillance equipment operating certain frequencies are controlled, under the Wireless Telegraphy Acts 1949 and 1967.
