§ Sir Ian GilmourThe item was removed from the agenda by the presidency before the Foreign Affairs Council on 21 and 22 April.
It was discussed, however, at the Foreign Affairs Council on 6 May, when the Council examined the short list of developers selected by the Belgian Government and decided to communicate its opinion on this to the Belgian authorities. I refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Leominster (Mr.. Temple-Morris) on 8 May.
