§ Mr. Staintonasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will use his powers under section 11 of the Competition Act to refer to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission the questions of the efficiency, cost, service provided and possible abuse of its monopoly situation in relation to the Anglian water authority.
