§ Mr. Michael Brownasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will use his powers under section 3(5)(a) of the Immigration Act 1971 to deport from the United Kingdom any Iranian citizens who may be found not to be observing the conditions attached to their leave to enter the United Kingdom, or to be found remaining in the United Kingdom beyond the time limited by the leave.
