§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) if he will give the commencement date for phase I of redevelopment in redevelopment area 37 in South Belfast, and state the number of dwellings involved in this phase;
(2) when the scheme to restructure the exterior of the flats at Knockeden will commence, and the scheme for the replacement of sanitary and kitchen units for both flats and houses in the Knockeden estate.
§ Mr. GoodhartThese are primarily matters for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. I will, however, ask the chairman of the executive to write to the hon. Member.
§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he has withdrawn proposals to site a recreation area fronting the Albert Bridge Road in comprehensive redevelopment area 31.
