§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will seek to extend the time limit imposed on the use of moneys under Belfast area of need allocation, in order to honour the commitment given to construct a swimming pool in the Donegall Pass area; and if he will give the date for construction and the cost of this project.
